23.01.2022 Rope Access Technologies COVID19 announcement 23.3.20 Rope Access Technologies has cancelled it’s current course starting 23 March as it was unclear whether we could run it in conformance with the then unannounced government restrictions. On review of those new restrictions I have decided we are able to run courses with substantially limited numbers (4 persons) as we are able to isolate trainees to different sections of the venue, each section having a full set of manoeuvres .... We have enough equipment, including rescue dummies, to give trainees a fully isolated kit for the week and enough time between courses to fully sterilize the gear. We have adequate lecture space for a desk each. We will run a Level 1 course starting tomorrow to test gear requirements expecting to run 2’s and 3’s thereafter. I have had a number of enquiries lately from people requiring re-certs in the next few months. I will be contacting you personally to ensure we can fit you in prioritizing those closest to expiry that actually need their ticket. Obviously if the government goes to the next level activities will have to cease for all of us, so let’s keep it neat. If you have any questions please call. Ian Anger
