25.01.2022 What if you were only 1 choice away from living a completely empowered life full of self worth and Confidence? About 9 years ago I made a choice to start working on my self worth, confidence and childhood Trauma. In 1 of these photos you can see how low my self worth was.... Every weekend I was taking drugs, getting Drunk, ignoring my body and trying to push my pain and emotions away whilst being riddled with Anxiety. At this same time my wife tried committing suicide and I almost lost her. This was a massive wake up call for me and it was enough to make me start looking at the choices I was making and to find a way to help her. Little did I know I was going to unlock a box of buried emotions and childhood trauma of my own. I did not shy from the challenge and I started doing the work. I read the books, went to seminars, retreats and spent $50k + on getting qualified to help people heal and grow there self worth too. Now I have high self worth and love for myself, I facilitate events, I’m a speaker and run my own therapy business.
