25.01.2022 Not an ideal start to the season with both teams losing to Port Melbourne and Buckley Park. On the bright side, bowls is back baby!

25.01.2022 Pie Night a huge success as we prepare for the start of season 2020/21 on Saturday. Best of luck to Danny and Rico (pictured), and all the other Rockets putting on the colours for the first time!!!

24.01.2022 Division 3 defeated Sunshine RSL 90-76 to claim 15 points. Star performances from Michael Stelluto, Jake Philpot, Pat Clark and Johnny Lasslett proved pivotal. The Division 6 team were defeated by an experienced Brunswick in trying conditions. Despite the result there were plenty of positives, from the five first gamers all impressing, and a Dave Stevens led rink claiming 2 points for the team.

Coming down to the last bowl, Yarraville-Footscray has got up by 1 shot in a extremely well fought game. Finishing with all 18 points, the rockets showed at full strength, that they are a forced to be reckoned with. Despite some tough competition, the Philpot’s proved to be the difference after their mid season break.
