24.01.2022 Post pregnancy requires slow and steady movement and stretching. Trying to re activate the abdominals and pelvic floor with gentle breathing exercises. This new body feels so foreign to me but we are finding a new rhythm on the Pilates mat. Be back soon. Thanks for all your patience
