17.01.2022 I’m in snack heaven with these mixed nut, date & goji berry bliss balls! Mixed nuts (any packets you’ve got open in you cupboard will do) roasted and whizzed, dates & gojis-soaked and whizzed. Add any preference of spices to your dry mix-I added cinnamon, ginger, doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil and coconut syrup for an extra kick of natural sweetness Combine by adding the wet mixture slowly until you reach a consistency desirable for rolling balls pop them into the fridge to set for a bit. I then coated them in a sneaky dark chocolate and doTERRA Peppermint essential oil ganache and then rolled them in some roasted and whizzed pepitas.
