14.01.2022 The first day of Spring was freezing, wet and full of hail in Pemberton. The perfect day to snuggle up inside. Sharing this photo I took at the weekend of our beautiful orchid which is currently putting on a fabulous show!

09.01.2022 A new use for our mountains of strawberries - Strawberry Leather. Pemberton Strawberries, Pemberton Honey, Lemons from our tree and apple juice from Newleaf Juices. All produced within 30km of here and yummy to boot.

07.01.2022 A wander down through the forest part of the garden always produces a lovely surprise. Today was a group of Red Tailed Cockatoo, chatting up in the trees!

05.01.2022 On Saturday we made the scenic 10 minute drive to visit Pemberton’s latest offering - Southern Forests Chocolate Company. We met the lovely Kate, who along with her husband are the owners/chocolatiers. We enjoyed a tasting and we had a really great introduction into what they do and their fabulous products. Highly recommend you pop in while in Pemberton. The truffles are AMAZING. You will not be able to resist!!

01.01.2022 This morning we took the walk to the Walk Through Tree bear Karri Valley. A beautiful spring day. Longer and steeper than we remembered we’re now ready to put our feet up!!
