21.01.2022 After the rain came the mud... There were other tactile enjoyments this week.. we did some clay work as well as going to the hairdressers (no scissors ) It was a good week

19.01.2022 This is what we did this week. We took advantage of the wet weather and went to see the goats in our rain gear. Great undercover play in the sandpit and with blocks. Today we had two visitors from Sweden. Lovely young human beings who also went to a Steiner school in Sweden and are now travelling the world.

15.01.2022 Nature is our greatest healer. Being outdoors close to nature unfolds kids imagination and creativity like building a rocket engine with a baby bunya nut pod and a hollow log or having a picnic in an umbrella cubby. Wishing you all a lovely weekend

08.01.2022 Spring is here once again with the cooler weather.. and then we noticed how many flowers were in the field... the grass hasn’t been cut in a while so the grasses had a chance to produce beautiful blossoms.. one even in a spiral shape! And our chook Honey has been a little clucky.. which made petting her very easy..

08.01.2022 The kitchen is the heart of our childcare where we are able to cook nourishing food for ourselves as well as for special dietary needs for children and occasionally we cater for our community; cookies for a school camp and muffins for a family moving house. All with the help from the children.

08.01.2022 What a wet week we had! But there was lots of indoor fun as well as walks in the rain.. It was good week..

06.01.2022 Our last day! And a hot one at that. Merry Christmas everyone!! We took great pleasure in delivering a little gift to our neighbours. Thank you for tolerating our daily noises. See you next year! It was enjoyable having some siblings join us this week. We got to play hopscotch, build fancy block towers and swim in the pool.

04.01.2022 We farewelled Ha Mi this week, our special guest from Germany for the past couple of months. She has accompanied a child of our childcare who she cared for in her role as au pair. We wish her well.

01.01.2022 Enrolments for 2018! Open days are being offered on the Mondays of 30/10 and 6/11 and on the Fridays of 3/11 and 10/11 from 10:30am to 11am. 01.01.2022 Our home is important to us. The cubby symbolises the home. An extension of the home is the garden. Last weekend participants from the biodynamic gardening workshop built a wonderful compost heap. Thank you This enriches the soil and helps to grow healthier vegetables for our lunch table.
