23.01.2022 We'd like to introduce our new RDG team member, Dr Cory Dean. He'll be at the clinic on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays Dr. Cory Dean graduated with honours from the University of Adelaide in 2013. Upon graduating he returned to Victoria to work for just over two years before venturing overseas to work in British Columbia, Canada. Cory worked in multiple practices on the West Coast before settling in Nelson, a small ski town in British Columbia. He and his Canadian partner..., Ashley, decided to return to Australia in 2018 to experience a similar small community and outdoor lifestyle in the North-West of Tasmania. The pair have since moved to Victoria to be closer to family and experience life on the Peninsula. In addition to work as a general dentist Cory has varied experience working in the Special Needs Unit at the Adelaide Dental Hospital, as a visiting dentist for residential and respite care at Castlemaine Health, in the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre Dental Oncology Unit and for the Vancouver Native Health Society. He is a current member of the Australian Dental Association, a member of various study clubs and keeps up to date with current dental technology. Cory is a compassionate dentist with a broad skill set. He looks forward to meeting your dental needs. Outside of dentistry Cory is interested in bike repair, experimental gardening, bush walking, open water swimming and learning French.

13.01.2022 It is with mixed emotions that we announce, after 48 years providing dental care to patients and 17 of those with Rosebud Dental Group Tom has made the decision to hang up his dental drill permanently and pick up the golf clubs. At the clinic his advice, booming voice and welcoming smile cheering us all along will be missed. We wish him all the best in his retirement and thank him for the care he has provided in his time as a dentist.

03.01.2022 !! RDG IS OPEN FOR DENTAL EMERGENCIES !! Melbourne Metropolitan now has Stage 3 CoViD19 dental restrictions and Rosebud Dental Group takes your health and well-being very seriously. We are open and operating according to both Federal and State legislation under the guidelines of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee and the Australian Dental Association.... Under this legislation our scope of practice is limited to treating dental emergencies. We can no longer perform routine dental procedures such as check-ups/cleans/veneers/implants/crowns/teeth whitening etc. RDG acknowledges that these restrictions are justified and fully supports the decision to implement them to assist in limiting the spread of CoViD19. We are committed to providing the appropriate treatment for anyone who has a dental emergency throughout this difficult time. We have additional protocols to ensure social distancing and prevent cross-infection making Rosebud Dental Group a safe treatment environment for both patients and staff. To assist with this please do not come to the surgery to make appointments or seek advice, instead ring 59822800 if you have a dental problem. Rosebud Dental Group hopes this gives comfort to people who were worried their dental emergencies would go untreated.
