10.05.2022 Hey lovely followers of Rose Cottage. Just a quick post to announce that we have sold our sweet Rose Cottage and as such, I will be deleting this page at the end of the coming weekend. I know that many of you loved our little cottage and enjoyed happy times staying there. Im sure it’s in good hands and although it won’t be a Bnb again will continue it’s special place as a delightful cottage in historic Auburn.

You can feel like you’re on holidays every day in this beautiful cottage in this very special small historic town in the beautiful Clare Valley. 10.04.2022 Thank you to our many wonderful guests who have enjoyed the hospitality of Rose Cottage and Lavender Blue over the past 14 years that we have been involved in the hospitality business. We are now renting Rose cottage as long term rental and are presently disbanding it as a furnished property. Our tenant no longer has need of our furnishings. If anyone has stayed and coveted the furnishings,or wish to purchase a memento please message your interest. Our Doona covers, embroidered towels and robes are fluffy , beautiful and in as new condition. All prices negotiable.

24.02.2022 Auburn River Walk is very pretty this time of year, locals looking after the River Wakefield in our region have made good progress in reducing the undergrowth a...nd debris in the river. Every 4th Sunday they have a working bee, contact Juliette Ninnes if you can help out. Take a walk for yourself, and tell your guests, there are lovely gardens either side that add to the beauty. 10.02.2022 *BREAKING NEWS* We are gearing up to celebrate our 5th birthday here at Terroir, and to help celebrate, we are flying some serious kitchen muscle over! Gun chef... and author Matt Wilkinson of Pope Joan, Melbourne, will be collaborating with Chef Dan Moss for a lip smacking dinner on Saturday the 16th of September, with super talent Thi Le from Anchovy, Melbourne, taking over the kitchen the following night, Sunday the 17th! Both dinners priced at $85 each. We are very lucky to be able to attract such talent to the area, so don't miss out on these dinners as they will go likity split. We should all be very proud of having world class wine makers in our midst, and all the locals who also help to achieve this.
