21.04.2022 I’m back in the studio creating some new and exciting pieces which are totally inspired by the incredible beaches and mountains I just visited. The views from the Blue Mountains had my heart expanding big time and when I arrived at Bulli beach I had tears I was so in awe. Far out we live in an incredible country! #australia Nature is my muse. People are my muse. Life is my muse. All of it adds to my own expansion. What’s interesting is that I visited the Blue Mountains many... years ago and I remember feeling nothing. I was so disconnected from who I was that I couldn’t appreciate the beauty. The vastness. And I’d recently forgotten I wasn’t that person any more. That I have grown and connected with myself and I do need to continue to tap in to where I have now connected with my body. And to cultivate that connection. For my greater awareness. Far out life is a strange and curious road. And I love it and appreciate it immensely.
01.04.2022 Growing up shy I would have run a mile at a difficult conversation. I just didn't know how to handle them, what to say, how to act. I didn’t know how to speak my truth. I now believe there is so much growth in sticking with the difficult. Facing up to your fears and moving past that edge of where you are comfortable. Now, I love to go deep. Let's talk about our deepest desires, our deepest fears. All the *taboo* subjects. Money, sex, politi...cs, creation, death, life after death. ALL of it. With the right people of course. Surrounding yourself with the right people to have these conversations is also massively important. And let’s disagree passionately and respectfully. 27.03.2022 Not sure if you’ve been following my stories, but I’m currently in my car, car camping. Yesterday was light rain and today I wake up to a strong pitter patter of rain on the roof! It’s an adventure for sure. So my plans may change due to the weather but what won’t change is that I am following my dream. I’ve stepped into a space of travelling that simple, quick and gets me to see and experience many places easily. I get to camp in the country one day and then right on the bea...ch in the most incredible caravan parks. I get to talk to new people every day. I can wake up in the morning, make myself a cup of tea and sit outside and watch the sunrise. I can walk in the beach, photograph the fog, the ocean. And it’s pure bliss. Yes it’s cold but I actually have loved that. I feel very alive. And this is me fulfilling one of my dreams. One day there may be an upgrade to a van but for now, this works. So what are your dreams? Are you stepping into them? Are you allowing yourself to dream? If not why not? It’s freaking worth it I tell you! If I can inspire you today to do one thing, it’s to start dreaming! 05.03.2022 This weekend I am going to Armidale to attend my daughters university graduation, so I thought it a great time to go on a road trip while I am already in the middle of nowhere. Last time I did something like this I hired a campervan and solo adventured for a month through NSW. That was at the height of the NSW bushfires so hopefully this time it will be a little more relaxing. I am also going even more simple having set up my car so I can sleep in it. Like glamping don't you think, as I don't have to set up a tent
27.02.2022 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Connect back to yourself. Connect to your body. ... Learn how to feel all the feelings. Learn how to move through them. It is through our body that we get to experience this life. So get to know it at every level.
14.02.2022 Your environment affects your mood. And you wake up in the same home every single day. So what are you waking up to? ... Is it inspiring you? Is it lifting you up? Is it helping you to achieve everything you want in life? I lived in my current house for 10 plus years before it became a source of inspiration for me. Before that, there were empty walls, drab pieces of art, and drab furniture. And I am a huge advocate of working on the inside of yourself to raise your own energy. To change your beliefs. But until you are fully enlightened, you will still be affected by the people and things around you. So don’t wait 10 years like I did. Adding some art to your home is such a quick way to change the energy. You can wake up to art that encourages you to express yourself. Art that represents freedom. Adventure. 16.01.2022 How many different ways can you be more expressive? When you connect to your heart and connect to your body and connect to your emotions and connect to your spirituality then your natural expression will get stronger and stronger. You will feel more and more like you. Expression that is free from conditionings and judgements. Free from the fear of being bad, or wrong. Free from guilt.... 08.01.2022 Did you know it took me 12 years of living in my current house to get it to a point that I adore waking up in it. With toddlers and food getting spilled or thrown about I didn’t have the energy to put into my home. I think I was too exhausted at the time to think last the next step. But once they were around the teenage stage it became something I decided to do. I replaced the food stained and broken furniture, and found pieces I love. I put curtains on my living room windo...ws, added plants (a lot), put my art and photos on the walls and created spaces I ADORE. I have a favourite space for reading, and other for having cups of tea (amongst said plants.) I created a vibrant, energising space that I ADORE. If you are thinking of doing the same, I have no doubt you too can achieve the same feeling. Your style might be different to mine, but as long as it speaks to your heart that’s the main thing. 07.01.2022 Alright my loves This is one of my most favourite pieces ever. I could keep it forever as well but I’ve run out of wall space, so it will be included in my upcoming sale. Let me tell you about this piece. 1. It’s textured to the hilt. Layer after layer. There is so much to experience in the hidden and revealed pieces. 2. It’s called Untold Stories, and it makes me emotional just thinking about it. It’s about the stories we could be living, all the adventures we can be hav...ing when we feel free to live our truest life. A life of joy and authenticity. A life of freedom and fun.
