25.01.2022 Celebrating Rosella’s 125 Years, we’ve been working on restoring an old Rosella mural in Perth. Rosella began in 1895, making Sauce, Jam & Pickles in Victoria. Since then, the Rosella brand has become a household name, many having memories of enjoying the products as children, riding pass the Richmond factory on the train and seeing signs like these. Today, Rosella continue to make products for Australian families, and it is important that we preserve the history of this brand for generations to come with projects like these.

04.01.2022 Entertain the kids with a fun and creative lunch treat! Hot dogs with Rosella Sweet Mustard Pickles!

04.01.2022 Looking for creative and delicious recipes you can make from your pantry staples? Thank you for sharing Chris Binding, apparently, a couple of spoonful's of Rosella’s Fruit Chutney makes all the difference in your traditional curried sausage! Recipe Below Ingredients 100g Rosella Fruit Chutney 12 sausages 3 medium carrots... 1 large brown onion (Sliced in rounds) 2 tbsp curry powder (to taste) 2 cups chicken stock 350g cubed pumpkin 1/2 cup frozen peas Instructions Brown the sausages in a heavy based pot in 2 batches then move to the side. Throw in carrots and onions and cook until soft. Add in the curry powder and cook until fragrant, around 1 min. Pour in the chicken stock and add the pumpkin. Simmer for 20 mins. The pumpkin will soften and thicken the sauce. Cut the sausages into quarters and add into the pot with 100g Rosella Fruit Chutney and 1/2 cup of frozen peas. Heat through for 5 mins and serve.
