24.01.2022 How exciting Regional Victoria. We can now have 10 people (One celebrant, one couple, two witnesses, and 5 guests) at a wedding and 20 at a funeral (not including those required to conduct the funeral) This is great news. Let's keep doing what we're doing to flatten the curve. We're all in this together.

24.01.2022 Absolutely cannot believe it’s 2 years today since Taylah and Brad got married and what a fantastic day it was. Already parents to Addi and Ollie they will be welcoming another beautiful baby boy any day now. Happy anniversary you two.

24.01.2022 So special to be able to turn this beautiful couple’s lemons into lemonade today. Life has been very hard for them this year with the loss of John’s Mum and Step Dad and then with Linda’s Mum just a few weeks ago. Such a precious moment this morning when we got to celebrate their marriage, and a joy for me to be a part of their continued journey. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness.

23.01.2022 Lock down proved very productive for these two, definitely no social distancing here! What a joy it was to celebrate the love of these 2 childhood sweethearts. Their early dates had to be McDonalds, they were too young to go anywhere else! Jumahni shared this photo, taken by the very talented Laura Powell with me this morning. Congratulations Lockie and Jumahni, these two little babies will be welcomed into a very loving household.

22.01.2022 How lovely that these two took the time (on their wedding day) to acknowledge and thank the people who contributed to their day and how blessed were we. Forecast rain didn’t happen, we could have 20 people (plus the family dog) for the last day in the foreseeable future. Congratulations Brian and Bron and all the best building your forever dream home on that oasis that is your prime block of land.

20.01.2022 This is where I should be tonight, but like every other social gathering this one has been postponed. Work is extremely quiet for me at the moment with several of my weddings and celebrations of life postponed until next year. If you’re contemplating getting married in 2021 don’t leave it too late to book your celebrant as I have a feeling we will be VERY busy next year! Some are choosing to hold legal only weddings this year with the big ceremony next year. If this is something that interests you contact me to ask about a legal ceremony this year with 5 only and a commitment ceremony at NO EXTRA COST in 2021.

20.01.2022 This gorgeous couple were the first ever to put their trust in me and book me to be their celebrant. Although they actually ended up being the 3rd couple I married I will forever be grateful that they were brave enough to take on an inexperienced newly appointed celebrant. Happy 2nd wedding anniversary Tara and Frank and thank you for helping to kick start the career I am loving so much.#weddings #weddingceremony #weddinganniversary #bendigobotanicalgardens #summerwedding #bendigocelebrant #celebrant

19.01.2022 Choosing my career as a celebrant was not to receive praise for what I do. I love my job and part of that is to help people through difficult times like this, particularily when a parent has to say good bye to their child but it is really heart warming when they take the time to write such an affirming review.

18.01.2022 In loving memory of all the Mums we have known and loved who have now gone before us to live in their heavenly homes Imagine If you love me then know that our love is eternal That the bond that we share will go on forever... Now imagine that I am staying with you, for a while in time Imagine that it is the end of my day, and I leave you to go into the next room Imagine that the room I have entered is filled with joy and peace and love Of loved ones and old friends who have gone before, who are delighted to see me Of beautiful flowers, of healing warmth, and magic rainbow colours Now imagine how happy I will be in that magnificent room When one day you’ll come into that magnificent room, but not before you’re ready And you will see me more contented, and more beautiful and more happy Than you have ever seen me before You will feel the same peace and joy that I am feeling Now if you can imagine this, then you will understand That death is not an ending but merely a passing From one room into another in the mansions of time Where there are no trials or tribulations, where time is not counted in years Where there are no days, no hours, no minutes and no tears For love goes on forever and love will never end

18.01.2022 What a fabulous venue for tomorrow’s winters solstice wedding. We may be limited in number but there’s no limit to love. #winterssolaticewedding #bendigoweddingvenue #weddingsbendigo #bendigocelebrant #celebrantbendigo #

17.01.2022 How totally privileged am I to work with such an amazing team, such a beautiful, caring team of professionals who are such a delight to work with

17.01.2022 As an essential worker I do have to leave home but I take extra care in doing so to protect my loved ones and the clients I deal with. As an added precaution I completed covid 19 training and I carry sanitizer for those times I don’t have access to soap and water. Take care everyone and stay safe

15.01.2022 Anyone who knows me, knows that I love my career as a celebrant but today I’m celebrating 25 years with my wonderful husband, John

11.01.2022 Happy first wedding anniversary Robert and Amanda, I can scarcely believe a whole year has passed since this fabulous day when we had absolutely no idea of what lay ahead for us all. How beautifully you have blended your two families together, a credit to you all.

11.01.2022 If you love where you work, you never work a day in your life! Even on holidays, I love discussing your wedding plans. Brides and grooms of 2021; feel free to inbox me. Dates are filling up quickly I’d hate for you to miss out

11.01.2022 I know life is not easy right now but let’s be thankful for what we do have. Every cloud has a silver lining

10.01.2022 Some good news coming for weddings 10 guests plus couple + celebrant + photographer remains. Travel restrictions off within Victoria. Next step (23/11): 100 guests at a venue, 10 for private residence.

09.01.2022 What a privilege it is to be so totally entrusted to farewell a much loved family member and how nice to receive a public thank you It is not for the thanks that I or the amazing team at Mulqueens Bridge Street do the work we do, however it is lovely to know that we have done everything we can do to enable the family to farewell their precious Mother and Grandmother in the best way possible. I feel very honoured to work with such a dedicated and caring team and to serve the community in the way we do.

08.01.2022 Perfect day for a wedding!

08.01.2022 Relaxing after the ceremony. What a perfect day for these two. Congratulations Trip and Von, wishing you a lifetime of happiness, can’t wait to hear about the next chapter in your adventure.

07.01.2022 12 months ago today I had the immense pleasure of sharing a fun filled weekend in the Blue Mountains as the Celebrant (or Celebraunty) for my niece, Brianna’s wedding to Louis Pratt. What a wonderful weekend it was. Congratulations and love to you both and I’m sure given the times we are living through, you’ve had no problems arranging some alone time together to celebrate. #firstweddinganniversary #bluemountainswedding #bendigocelebrant #travellingcelebrant #wedding #congratulations

06.01.2022 This gorgeous couple had booked their wedding for May 16, then we were hit with a pandemic! What to do! They opted to proceed with a ceremony, just them, me and two witnesses. My mother heart was delighted when the rules changed on May 11 allowing both families to attend. The reception has been postponed to allow Jess and Cody to celebrate at a later date with their friends but love flowed freely at their ceremony on Saturday. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Williamson, wishing you happiness always #isolationwedding #bendigowedding #wedding #bendigocelebrant #marriagecelebrant

06.01.2022 Making the best of the situation. Brian and Bronwyn decided early on that their wedding would proceed with however many guests we were allowed to have. Happily we could have 20 and were able to include their families. 2021 is looking like a very busy year with many couples having postponed so if you’re looking to get married in 2021 I’d advise that you lock in all your providers as soon as possible so you don’t miss out

05.01.2022 Hard to believe this photo was taken just a few days before Bob’s death. It clearly captures how happy he was to have been a guest as I officiated at my niece Bree’s wedding to Blanche’s son Louis. It depicts the determination he displayed to have lived long enough to travel from Sydney to the Blue Mountains for the ceremony. He wasn’t well enough to stay for the reception but he insisted that Bree and Louis drop by to perform their bridal dance just for him. Bree and Louis celebrated their first wedding anniversary just a few days ago.

05.01.2022 All in readiness for a winter Covid safe wedding. See you soon J and L

02.01.2022 As a marriage and funeral celebrant I’m in touch with celebrants from all over the world. It breaks my heart to read their posts of huge numbers of previously fit healthy people dying separated from their loved ones. This has been going on for way too long overseas. While it’s sad and frustrating having restrictions enforced on us we are so blessed to have nationwide leaders who understand that this virus is a highly contagious killer. I just want to encourage you all, even if it has come at the cost of postponing your wedding or other social event, this too shall pass and thankfully in Australia with far less collateral damage than overseas

01.01.2022 Zach and Brooke intended to have a guest list of about 60 people, but then covid stepped in. Finding it impossible to narrow it down to 15 they decided to proceed yesterday on what was their 7th anniversary with an intimate little ceremony with just the immediate family. In my experience, what these weddings lack in numbers, they more than make up for in the intimate atmosphere of being with just those closest to you. Bailey and Mason felt comfortable enough to take themselves off and paddle in the dam in their wedding clothes to cool off afterwards. I think the rest of us could happily have followed suit. Summer certainly arrived yesterday! Congratulations Zach and Brooke, it was a wonderful day celebrating your love for your family and one another. Plenty of time to celebrate later!

01.01.2022 Let’s have a little fun during this time of pandemic where many weddings are being either minimalist, postponed or sadly some even cancelled. Dust off those wed...ding albums and share a picture of your wedding on my page. I’ll start the ball rolling with a couple of mine #covid19wedding #weddinginiso #weddings #bendigocelebrant #Weddings #marriage #celebrant #centralvictoriancelebrant See more
