13.01.2022 Hey friends, it’s been a couple of weeks but I’m back!! ..When I started this journey of healing and overcoming I was extremely closed off, didn’t trust many people and held everyone away from my heart. I was mostly scared of being hurt, people judging and feared being abandoned. My heart longed to be known and to have people close, but my mind needed to protect me. To me this wasn’t a bad thing, it was a way of coping with the world around me, the chaos inside me and bein...g able to make it through every day, I was in consistent survival mode.
