23.01.2022 In a group photo who do you look for first?? That was one of the questions asked of us recently in our Thursday night team huddle. Most of us look for ourselv...es first! So what’s the point? To put it all into context, first of all, that night we were being graced by an amazing young lady in my business named Rosetta Matina. Rosetta was sharing her story with us of her journey through the business from her beginnings to where she is now which is 4A, a level I hope to achieve this year in this online business. Rosetta was explaining to us what some of the emotional journeys she went through included. One of them was about fear. Rosetta, claims she still gets nervous about doing live videos on social media. So what gets her through the fear? Owning it! She says when you own your fear your fear won’t own you! We need to recognise it, acknowledge it, then own it! Put yourself back in the drivers seat! So back to group photos and how that helps us own our fear. In particular, fear about being visible and vulnerable. Think about it If you and I are all looking at how WE LOOK in the photo before we are checking out how everyone else looks, well then what does that tell you? THEY AREN’T THAT CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT YOU’RE WEARING OR HOW YOU ARE LOOKING! SO GO DO THE LIVE, OWN THE FEAR, TALK TO THEM AS IF THEY WERE THERE WITH YOU, BE AUTHENTIC MOST OF ALL. DO YOU! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DO THAT WHILE PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE ELSE? HELLOOOO!??? You won’t! One of my favourite sayings are- Those that mind don’t matter and those that matter don’t mind! In an online business like the one we are involved in we really WANT to attract like-minded people. We want people in our business that resonate with us, who we are as a human being, with similar beliefs and motivations. Sounds like an awesome place to be doesn’t it???? Yup, I can vouch for that! That’s exactly what Rosetta is busy doing and is part of the reason for her success. I loved listening to Rosetta’s story and so many aspects of it resonated with my journey so far. So many more gold nuggets of wisdom were shared with us that night but that may be for another post! That’s one of the amazing things we are gifted in our community, shared success!. 19.01.2022 HAS ANYONE WATCHED THE TRUMAN SHOW? Stage 4 has its similarities. A controlled environment that dictates where we can go and what we can do.... Much like Jim Carrey, I just want to go to FIJI! Or an Island, somewhere! Except I can’t even escape a 5km radius It’s so true that we take for granted the little things For me, I just miss going out to a restaurant Movie nights A road trip Catching up with my friends and family LOCKDOWN will heighten emotions and can cause conflict. There are so many relationship breakdowns There are so many jobs lost There is so much ANXIETY There is so many questions, and not enough answers. Although, whilst life is looking a different this year The Earth is still turning The grass is still green The flowers are still blooming The birds are still chirping Yes, there will be circumstances we can’t control Regardless, this is the season to peel back the layers. Use this time to discover yourself Your purpose Your worth Your OPTIONS

Chances are, you value the same things that I do A couple of years ago I worked out my priorities From there I worked out my values ...and that lead me making decisions a LOT more easier Working alongside other impact driven and likeminded souls has allowed me to step into a version of myself that I never even knew existed I went from a shitty mindset filled with complaint, lack, scarcity, self doubt and worthiness issues ... into my highest version that knows she wants to DO more, BE more and HAVE more, and knowing we are ALL deserving of that It all starts with YOU

Give my time generously Know the importance of energy Smile when I walk past people Forgive people for the hurt they caused me Forgive myself to the hurt I’ve caused people Apologise when I’m wrong Recognise my self sabotage Speak my truth and want people to win Avoid dancing around things and say things as it is Empower people with big visions to step into their highest versions Always share my knowledge to help people Come from a place of SERVING Am I still successful? Yes or no? I may not have a million dollars but my life feels like a million dollars and THAT is why I’m okay with failing My failures become the stepping stones to what I’m creating Your worth is not dictated by what’s in your bank account The decisions we make every single day is what determines the journey Share with me something you FEEL successful for?
15.01.2022 Sometimes we have seasons in our life that creates massive amounts of pressure The pressure seasons reveal the cracks that were blinded during the good seasons.... When those blind spots are revealed, this is the time to repair the cracks so we can level up and do the things we were put on this planet for. 2020 has been a PRESSURE test Have you failed forward? Or have you fallen through the cracks? This will be a year where we’ve had all the time in the world To have more time with the family To have more time to gain clarity for the future To have more time for hobbies To have more time to relax our over-worked bodies Don’t waste this season. Surrender to the pressure and remember DIAMONDS are created under pressure It’s time to shine and repair the cracks.
13.01.2022 Sometimes when you’re moving into new levels closely creeps in again No matter the amount of inner work you do... Limiting beliefs are still there Having 7 and 8 figure mentors that teach me leadership They teach me step-by-step processes They share done-for-you systems They jam pack QUALITY masterclasses It’s all on a silver platter literally So what happens when you have everything you need? Your head starts complicating things Things that don’t even need complicating That’s when you know there’s a block. The block isn’t about business, its usually personal. Leaning in, is often confronting. To get to new levels, you need to do the inner work. I knew I was being hesitant... not knowing what would come up for me There it was I disconnected from myself and put everyone else first. It's a form of 'people pleasing'. Are you guilty of this too? Sometimes when your vision is to serve so many people, You end up putting yourself last. That’s where I found myself. Putting others needs in front of your own isn’t heroic its stupid. Just like putting your oxygen mask on first You’d save more people by helping yourself first The same theory that applies to life in general. Truth is, you can’t pour from an empty cup. 11.01.2022 IT’S OKAY TO WANT MORE I wanted something I could start easily without being out of pocket hundreds and thousands of dollars to start my own business with no overheads I wanted TIME... 11.01.2022 Do you ever wonder why some posts get so much love, likes, comments and shares... whilst others... crickets! It all comes down to telling your story.... Quite often, people are writing the 'perfect' posts, with the 'perfect' copy and the 'perfect' picture. You can tell by the comments if people are just scrolling by, tapping the like button as they scroll by leaving comments like: "love this" "great post" etc... etc... So, how can you get ACTUAL engagement where you KNOW someone has fully read your post? Whilst you're trying to look good for everyone, people are looking for ... With relatability comes vulnerability... ***This is very different to a VICTIM story! Take people on a journey, share with them your moment, where everything shifted. -What happened in that moment? -What did you decide about yourself in that moment? -How has that come up in all areas of your life? -What has it cost you? -What inner work have you done to heal those wounds? -What did you find that changed the entire trajectory of your life? -What are you doing now that you're excited about? They step out of comfort zones and into the unknown They realise people have always had opinions They realise their highest version is here to create impact Give yourself permission to recognise your passions In May last year, I took the leap (it was difficult at the time) Looking back now, it was the best foot in the right direction. Being in the network marketing space, their advice was to PUSH harder DO more HUSTLE! Respectfully, that is the fastest way to burn out! After a couple of years in that space, I recognised the hustle would never fade I knew in that moment that I had to BE the change. What I found is a community of visionaries that chose to ALIGN, not hustle. A -- system that we simply leverage.
