23.01.2022 Expressions of Interest - 6 months Lease of the Rosewood Golf Club Grounds. EOI are sought for the lease of the Rosewood Golf Club Grounds (approx. 15.8ha). EOI due COB 6th April 2020. Proposed commencement date 10/04/2020 or as negotiated. Initial term is for 6 months but Rosewood Golf Club reserves the right to terminate the lease providing a minimum 1 month notice within that period and any money reimbursed for the period not utilised. After 6 months the lessee has the fir...st option to renegotiate to continue the lease on a bi-monthly basis. Directors will award the lease to the successful applicant. If an individual Director chooses to submit an EOI for lease they will be excluded awarding the lease. The EOI should be emailed to [email protected] and must detail; 1. Monthly lessee rate 2. Number/type of stock proposed to be run on the grounds Conditions Incude; 1. Lessee must pay bi-monthly and in advance by direct debit. 2. Lessee is responsible for maintaining fences in current condition. 3. Lessee must carry their own public liability insurance. 4. Inspection of grounds to be carried out with a director prior to stocking. 5. Lessee is responsible for checking water and maintaining troughs. 6. Access to the yards to load/unload stock but not keep stock locked up in the yards.

08.01.2022 Last Saturday afternoon was our first Rosewood working cow horse club practice day which took place at the Rosewood club arena and we thank the club for al...lowing us to use their fantastic facilities. Thanks to all those that made the effort to come out and get involved in our newly formed club.The enthusiasm is fantastic to see and we are looking forward to the future of our RWCHC. We are planning on running working cow horse clinics in the future and are aiming to host a Working cow horse event on the 23/24 January 2021 pending the Covid situation. See more
