Introduce yourself to the new faces. Don’t wait for them to come to you. So many people join group fitness to meet new people. That’s one of the best things about UNITE. You are placed in a room of like-minded people. Don’t leave it to the trainers to introduce you. If you see someone who you haven’t seen before, see it as an opportunity to make a new friend. I think we have all had a time where a first day is a little scary! Let’s always make the effort to include others!
