25.01.2022 Places filling up fast for Monday 5.30pm and Saturday morning bootcamps at 6am! Due to popular demand and commencing on 4th July there will be a 2nd session on Saturdays, starting at 8.am. 15.01.2022 PILATES !!! Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk). A strong core is the ‘powerhouse’ of your body. It helps reduce back pain, improve posture and alignment, and helps power all physical activities. Sessions start from the 2nd of February. The days and timings of sessions are as follows : Tuesday (2/2) at 5.30pm... Thursday (4/2) at 7.00pm Saturday (6/2) at 9.30am Booking is open now , please inbox me for more info .

The rules are simple: *Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day. *Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 *Every day you must nominate a different person. Let's reach as many people as possible.Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you. Don't be afraid to speak out!

Even with the unexpected challenges that 2020 gave us, we kept a positive attitude about life and made it through . This year the journey continues, the effort increases and the rewards get better!
