12.01.2022 In the wake of continued worldwide uncertainty around COVID-19, we would like to express our deepest well-wishes for those affected, both in our own community and around the globe. These are unprecedented times and we understand that this can cause concern within our community. As such we would like to outline the approach we are currently taking: We are OPEN for our usual trading times, albeit with a number of significant operational changes in place (see below). The safet...y and wellbeing of our guests, team members and the wider community has always been, and will remain, our top priority. Our overall policy is to take a positive, fact-based approach using trusted sources and Government guidelines. This approach leaves us open to further changes as required if further information & policies emerge. Weve always maintained excellent health & hygiene standards; however, we have also adopted extra precautions & additional training to ensure a safe environment. These include daily sanitation deep-cleaning of the venue, implementation of additional hand-sanitation stations, continued frequent cleaning of all surfaces/menus/etc during service times, staff training regarding best-practices around COVID-19 and up-to-the minute team briefings as additional information transpires. Our live music will unfortunately cease starting tonight. In a more general sense, we urge members of our community to do what they can to help: Please do not attend the venue or any public spaces if feeling unwell. If showing any fever, flu-like or respiratory symptoms please self-isolate. Keep up to date with good quality information eg WHO, and take responsibility for helping stop the spread of communicable diseases at this time. Stay calm and stay positive but exercise caution and common sense. Look out for the more vulnerable in the community.
