24.01.2022 First cake for the year and it was a huge one! Congratulations on your milestone birthday, Florence. She celebrated 100 years with 180 friends and family locally. Top tier was mud cake with Lindt ganache and bottom tier was brandy soaked fruit cake. It was tough going in the heat but the cake held up.
