15.01.2022 In our house we dont eat a lot of bread but the second there is non everyone wants some lol. I baked chia wholemeal bread/rolls and they are delicious They are very easy to make and a good thing to have the kiddos involved if you are keeping them at home.... BEST OF ALL: Freezer friendly I used normal sugar and used 2 cups of each flour, so 50/50. Hope you enjoy Ingredients: 1.5 tsps yeast 1 tbsp raw sugar 1.5 cups lukewarm water 2 tbsps butter, melted and cooled slightly 1 cup wholemeal flour 3 tsps chia seeds 3 cups plain white flour 1 tsp saltwater for brushing 2 tbsps sesame seeds Instructions: Combine the yeast, sugar, water and melted butter in a jug. Mix to combine and allow to sit for a couple of minutes, until frothy. Add the flour and chia seeds to a mixer with dough hook. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix on low for 2 minutes until a dough is formed. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and allow to site in a warm spot for 45 minutes or until doubled. Knock down the dough, and place on a floured board to divide into 12 round balls. Place the balls next to each other in a baking dish.Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover with clingfilm and leave to rise until almost doubled (about 40 minutes). Brush with water and top with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15-18 minutes or until golden.

01.01.2022 With a heavy heart I must inform you all that we will need to put things on hold. This matter is gonna get worse before it gets better, and safety is the most important thing now. It brakes my heart that I need to say: Im sorry but you cant book with me at this point. Thank you all for the massive support you gave me and my husband.
