Ask your doctor for an electronic (eScript) prescription 2. A unique QR barcode (called a ‘token’) will be sent to your mobile phone or email... You can also send this to the TerryWhite Chemmart Health App. If you have multiple prescriptions, you will receive a separate token for each. 3. Present your token(s) at the pharmacy - we will scan the token to unlock the eScript. If using the Health app, send your scripts to be filled remotely and select either Home Delivery or Click & Collect. Your details are kept completely confidential and safe. 4. Once your eScript is filled, your token is no longer valid. Repeats will be automatically sent to you as new eScript tokens. And if in doubt don't hesitate to give us a call to discuss!
