24.01.2022 At Ross’s Bootcamp you can on occasion expect the unexpected. On this evening we embarked on a training session which involved a whole body workout. We used our legs as an anchor, while the muscles in our arms, shoulders and back dragged the paddle through the water. This was a great workout which not only involved strength but bridged communication gaps by building strong and supportive relationships. Great team effort.

15.01.2022 A great part of our Bootcamp experience is the group work and It’s also very social and you make new friends along the way who are like minded. Bootcamp is effective and is one of the best group exercises and it will get you into shape, build muscle and get you better at moving in life. Below are a few snaps at a recent social event with a few of our bootcampers.

14.01.2022 Today Ross Cooper’s Bootcamp is celebrating five years of indoor and outdoor fitness. Sessions run three times a week and will take your fitness to the next level. This training will not only increase your fitness but will also give you more energy and support you emotionally. You can pay an upfront cost of $120.00 which gives you 3 classes a week for four weeks with the fifth week free or you can pay for casual visits of 10.00 per session. We are all there to increase our fitness so why not jump on board and you will be welcomed, motivated and supported.

11.01.2022 The number one excuse not to exercise is that many people say is they don’t have time but in reality it’s not really a priority. On Tuesday night a member was running late for Bootcamp and she was torn between taking her dog Paris for a walk and missing a session. A quick change into her gym gear and a 3 km run with Paris in tow they both arrived to the session for the second half and they smashed it with Paris even joining in on the sprints. This is what consistency is al...l about it’s committing to something and sticking to it. Winter is fast approaching and we can often lose our motivation but being a member of the Bootcamp team and working together is just what you need to keep you moving forward and getting through those winter months.
