Matt Golinski - Official did a live cooking demo last Wednesday night using fresh local produce from the Wolvi/ Goomboorian region including strawberries from Cooloola Berries and beautiful mushrooms from Tagigan rd Produce. This is the end result. It looks amazing! Ross Creek Store currently has in stock alot of the produce that Matt uses in this demo and all sourced from our beautiful region. Pop on in and check us out!!
