02.05.2022 Nulla Creek is running a banker

18.04.2022 Looks like it was fining up a couple of days ago, we then had 140mm and the creek is higher than before, all the bridges will be under water again.

29.03.2022 Does anyone know what the blue stuff is in the sky?

16.03.2022 Council approached us to move the Kogal creek height gauge to a more suitable site. A new gauge was installed I'd say at least five years ago, hasn't worked since. Would be very useful at a time like this. I've made numerous inquires over time and have been told by a new councillor that it's on the priority list to be fixed. Let's hope so.... The Bellbrook rainfall gauge is also not accurate. Come on KSC. See more

07.03.2022 Well we've moved to Nulla Nulla and this is our view from the house. Been flooded in for a week and will be for some time yet. Sure beats droughts and bushfires though. Our landline number is 0265672025.

24.02.2022 We have put our home at Beranghi, Crescent Head on the market, after almost thirty years here we've decided on a change. Details are on the Kempsey Stock and Land website, Domain and Real Estate.com

02.02.2022 Getting some help from young Dusty

25.01.2022 Very pleased to say we definitely spotted platypus in Nulla Creek this last weekend, great to see the runoff from the Bushfires didn't k kill them.

24.01.2022 Wouldn't have to worry about your igloo burning down!

23.01.2022 We have our spring exhibition at the Macleay Valley Community Gallery ~ Gladstone 18-29 November 2020 . Open every day 10.30am - 4pm. I will be there along with volunteers who will help with covid regulations, due to the restrictions we will not be having an opening day, looking forward to catching up if you can make it.

21.01.2022 I have never seen so many flowers on the native bottle brush

21.01.2022 Cherie Cook drew the winner of the painting on Saturday night and the winner is Ian and Michelle Bullock. Thank you to everyone who donated to our Hamish Cook fundraiser, you helped raise over $5000.

20.01.2022 Good look'n elephant Leonie

17.01.2022 Good morning everyone. I hope you're well and getting through this difficult time OK. I've been catching up on those jobs I've been putting off, like painting, (the horse float) haha. I was thinking that if you're stuck at home and would like something enjoyable to do, why not pick up a pencil or paints and get into some art work. Send a photo of it in to us and we can start a little online gallery of your work. ... Don't be shy, let's see it. See more

14.01.2022 I think Cheryl painted this with coffee, very good isn't it.

11.01.2022 Nice time of the year on the upper Macleay

10.01.2022 Thank you to the Blaze Aid crew for helping with fencing last Wednesday, we finished off fencing a paddock which will help stop our stock from wandering off. Some of the crew have been voluntarily working for twelve months, what a contribution to the bush fire recovery. Thank you, we are very grateful.

10.01.2022 Enjoyed the premiere of the Slim and I documentary held at the Riverside Cinema in Kempsey recently. There was footage of his boyhood home that was once part of our family farm, Kogal at Nulla Nulla and historical film of the Kirkpatrick family touring Australia. I don't think you need to be a country music fan to enjoy it. Comes out in cinemas across the country this week.

07.01.2022 Jane Pearson sent some photos in, well done Jane

07.01.2022 An update on Hamish's progress from his family, I hope the text is readable. We wish Hamish all the very best in his rehabilitation and would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our fundraiser, $5000 has been forwarded on to his family so far. Not sure when we'll draw the winner of the painting as yet, hopefully will be able to raise some more money in the mean time. Kind regards and keep well....Gordon & Jayne

01.01.2022 This is for fun, not competition, you can even be anonymous, so c'mon crack out your pencils, let's see what you've got.

01.01.2022 I've just found out how to save images from messages, so that's the go.

26.12.2021 Good morning, A big thank you to everyone who has donated, so far the funds are at approximately $2500, which is being passed on to the Cook family. Thank you also for sharing with your friends, it would be great if we could keep doing that. Kind regards..Gordon&Jayne
