15.01.2022 A KEY ATTITUDE TO BECOME A BILLION DOLLAR BROKER Building a Billion Dollar Loan Book doesnt happen overnight, it takes time, commitment, dedication, and energy. But one of the key attitudes, we must bring every step of the way, is having an attitude of innovation and improvement.... As Brokers, its easy to get caught in the operational side of the Business, and not have the time to step back and work On The Business. As a result, we do the same process day in day out, which may not be the most efficient and effective way of doing things. What happens? We work too many hours; our settlement volumes suffer, and we fall short of delighting our customers from cumbersome processes. So, I challenge you, take a moment this week, even if its just a moment to reflect, on one part of your Business, and how you could innovate or slightly improvement. 11.01.2022 Growing your Mortgage Business does not need to be complicated. & and making this a NOT negotiable part of your day (or your teams day), 30 , if done consistently over time, will lead to staggering results and acceleration of your Mortgage Business.... The biggest roadblock I see for Brokers, doing this DAILY, is Lack of TimeAnd spending a large % of their day on operations. So my question to you..Can you find 2 you are doing in you day right now?
