21.01.2022 Daily Gratitude Daily Gratititude to Relieve Stress Waking early each morning is one of the highlights of my day. I wake to watch the sunrise each morning. It is the most amazing feeling I have been experiencing for quite some time. You see my life was never an easy journey and if Im honest its been challenging every day to find peace, harmony and contentment. Finding my inner peace meant I needed to go deep within my soul and find my true meaning of life and what I nee...ded not what others thought I needed. To say my life has been blessed was something I struggled with for many many years. Coming from a dysfunctional family and being abandoned at the age of ten years old by both parents was where all the fears, trials and tribulations started. However after enduring years of uncertainty, self destruction, anger, frustration and resentment I became the person I am today. A professional woman working in my own private practice supporting others to become the best version of themselves. My journey of life gave me the lessons, to find the tools and resilience I needed to follow my dream of becoming a therapist and support others. My goal was to work with young women who were lost in the world of grief, trauma and instability. I achieved that goal after many years of struggle working on my own self image. I never felt worthy of being loved or treated with respect. Why would I, my parents left me so why would anyone else give me the love and support I needed. Then I found my peaceful place which was just being. No matter where I was I needed to just be and embrace what I had. Sitting by the beach, in a park or just going for a drive in the mountains have me the peace and harmony I needed to focus on just me. I suffered with anxiety and panic all my life up until two years ago and suffer no more from this dibilitating illness. I found that I needed to love myself first so that I could feel safe and secure, which then allowed me to be able to trust others. See more



20.01.2022 Reminder to self SOUL GUIDANCE You work so very hard and are to be commended for your great efforts. Its time to slow down a little this week though and enjoy the simple things in life. Spend quality time with family and friends. Also spend quality time with yourself, spoil the beautiful you and know that you truly deserve it. Take time to embrace life and do some of the things you honestly enjoy. Focus your energy on activities and things that bring you true pleasure in life. Allow yourself to taste the sweetness of life. Recharging your heart and soul will help you to refocus on your wildest dreams and wishes.

20.01.2022 No matter what type of work you do even if you are a mum who does a number of jobs during any given day. It is so important to take at least an hour to do something for you. Whether it be a walk, swim, yoga, have coffee with a friend its a must to ensure you are doing something to keep you motivated and feel that you are important. Its great to maintain mental health to have a great balance of work and personal life.

15.01.2022 Just spending some amazing time with my bestie. We both work in high stress jobs and never focus on ourselves. We decided it was time to take a few weeks off to recharge our batteries so off to Fiji we went for ten days. The break and the friendliness of all the staff was perfect. We visited an island on a day cruise, swam with reef sharks, snorkelled and I even got in a paddle board. Yes I did it it was something I have wanted to do for so long but kept putting off due ...to pins and plates all through my body down to my ankle. That day is something I will never forget we laughed so much we almost drowned. I paid for it a few day after with pain but know damage. We watch the sunsets each night whilst watching entertainment, went swimming each day and travelled around on the Bula Bus. Fiji is a place I have visited many times and have never been let down by the hospitality. Fiji is my second home Ive been so many times and will continue to return whilst able. I would recommend it fir anyone just wanting rest and relaxation with fun as well. I am ready to stare 2020 with a refreshed mindset and lots of positive energy to keep my mind peaceful. See more

13.01.2022 Went for a walk in the park this morning. I was feeling quite low in my mood. It was so amazing to be in nature and feel Mother Earth feeding me with natural ...energies. Saw some amazing wildlife, however this bird spread its wings in front of me and that was a sign saying spread your wings and free yourself from the emotional pain you feel. Its time to let go and move forward from experiences you believed to be your reality and were actually a fantasy to hide the hidden unresolved issues I have suppressed for many years. At times we can crave love, peace and happiness and feel the emotions we desire only to find out its all just a fantasy we have imagined. This can be a positive thing also as it can heal anxiety related issues by allowing you to distract your mind for a period of time and feel the beautiful emotions of peace and harmony. See more
