20.03.2022 Take your push up to the next level by using rings. The instability of this movement makes it much more challenging and a great lead in to ring dips.
14.03.2022 Table rocks are a great way to increase shoulder mobility. If you have shoulder pain when performing any pressing movements you may be lacking in shoulder Mobility. Performing table rocks either as a warm up or in between sets to gain extra range and get or keep your shoulders healthy. I recommend doing 3-5 sets of 10 every upper body workout depending on how tight you are.
24.02.2022 The goal of weighted dislocations is to gain strength and mobility through full range of movement. We do this by slowly narrowing the grip as mobility is increased.
