07.01.2022 Today we received wonderful feedback from Cass. We catered for her 40th birthday celebrations on the weekend and although the weather was awful for her park event I’m glad to know our food brightened her day. On the menu: Birthday cake with edible flowers (cherry ripe mud) Local cheese and fruit platter Salmon mousse choux bites... Chicken/Vegan chicken floral cold rolls Spicy prawn cups with mango and avocado sliders with pulled pork and homemade bbq sauce meatballs with chimichurri dipping sauce vegan cup cakes (vanilla sponge with roasted strawberry buttercream) seasonal fruit platter with our crazy delicious choc dipping sauce Homemade and local, served with love always x

03.01.2022 Happy birthday Nikki thank you for asking us to be part of your special day. On the menu: Pulled pork brioche buns with rocket, slaw and Brett’s homemade BBQ sauce.... Hickory smoked chicken smothered in buffalo sauce served with ranch dipping sauce. Our famous homemade sausage rolls. Chicken and Vegetarian floral cold rolls with dipping sauces. Tart selection - lemon tarts with fresh strawberries and blueberries, rich dark chocolate with pop corn and of course Lemon meringue.
