25.01.2022 The Rotatruck cylinder truck has been featured in UtilityMagazine.com after TasWater championed it to reduce soft tissue injury for their workers moving their heavy chlorine cylinders. The cylinder trucks were sourced after the moving of chlorine cylinders was identified as an Occupational Health and Safety risk in an audit. Using the Rotatruck cylinder truck was identified as an industry best practice and received positive feedback from the TasWater team following trial use.... The ergonomic trolleys only require one person to use them and are fitted with a hydraulic mechanism and magnets to enable users to load and unload the cylinders safely. Unlike most conventional ball transfer belt driven conveyors, the OMNIA conveyor transfer table is scalable to load capacity, speed and size. While you might find toilet paper hard to come by, we just want to make sure that doesn't become the case with Rotacasters and Rotatrucks, although we appreciate the former may be of higher priority at the moment!... The Australian Government, has this week (week commencing 22nd March 2020) enacted the first phase of business shutdowns impacting mostly hospitality and tourism industries, however, given the rapidly changing global and national situation, it is highly likely that we will see the next phase in place in the very near future, which may impact our ability to maintain production. Due to the proactive nature of some of our customers, we have, over the past week, been extremely busy fulfilling orders brought forward to ensure they have appropriate levels of stock on hand. We would like to take this opportunity to ask you to review your demand by product and quantity, if possible, out as far as 6 to 8 months. 11.01.2022 The Rotacaster R4 Quad Mounted wheel base has been used by Australian, world-leading sterilisation equipment manufacturer, Atherton. The wheelbase has been used on Australias first Central Sterilising Department (CDSR) robot to ensure a safer and healthier workplace for staff at the Royal Hobart Hospital. The CSD robot will be used for cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising reusable medical instruments and is expected to reduce staff workplace injuries often caused by repeti...tive lifting. The robot utilises Rotacasters R4 Quad Mounted wheelbase, which is a common alternative to swivel casters. The quad formation provides significant strength and is capable of supporting loads of up to 220kg (Lateral 120kg / Static 220kg). The carts, called the Oxy-gem, are designed to allow the children to carry their oxygen tanks around with them and be more independent.
