23.01.2022 A celebration of the Rotaract clubs within the district! Unfortunately we can't all join together in person but that doesn't mean we shouldn't celebrate. Hear about achievements over the last year, plans for the future and the incoming and outgoing teams of each club. It's a little late but still worth celebrating!

19.01.2022 Check out what the UC club has been up to these last few months!

12.01.2022 Its Changeover season, even if we have to do them all virtually! Congrats to the 2020/21 Brindabella Rotaract President, Gus McBride, and the rest of his board

12.01.2022 Have you signed up for Rotaract Australia's Training? If you're coming into a new role, what better way to learn the role than from the experienced team of DRRs and Presenters! https://www.facebook.com/events/242928030266361/

12.01.2022 With under 2 weeks left of the 2019/20 RI year, D9710 would like to say a massive thankyou to the outgoing club presidents and their boards for all of the work they put in over the last 12 months, especially with the firestorms and COVID-19 hitting us in the 1st half of 2020. 2019/20 Presidents: Ashley Hunter (Sapphire Coast) Caleb Fryar Lees (Yass Valley)... Liam O'Donoghue (Canberra) Taylor Giggins (University of Canberra) Tim Wriedt (Brindabella) William Koek (Southern Highlands) As you know, D9710 is merging with D9700 on July 1 to become D9705. We cant wait to see what direction DRRE Andrew Giumelli takes the new district! Stay safe everyone! Caleb Fryar Lees D9710 DRR 2019/20

11.01.2022 As we get closer to the end of the Rotaract year our RA executive and District Rotaract Representatives will be reflecting on the year that was. From hitting go...als and overcoming unforeseen challenges to embracing the unexpected, we all certainly had a wild ride. DRR Caleb Fryar Lees said: "The 2019/202 RI Year has been quite successful for D9710, even with the summer firestorms and COVID-19 pandemic hitting us over the second half of the year. As a district, we welcomed a new club, The Rotaract Club of Southern Highlands, into the family and worked a lot with D9700 DRR Clare to prepare for the merge of our two districts in D9705. The Rotaract Club of Canberra started to prepare for its 50 year anniversary in 2021 as the longest-running Rotaract club in Australia! Once this pandemic hit we were all put into lockdown, our biggest club, The Rotaract Club of The University of Canberra, stayed constantly active across all social media, hosting online movie nights and events for the club to enjoy. They were also able to gain a few new members to join the club! The Rotaract Club of Yass Valley held a very successful event, Project Reshape, promoting the importance of Mental Health and how it affects the community. This event was attended by multiple high-profile Mental Health professionals including the CEO of Headspace National & Former CEO of RuOk."
