21.01.2022 Let's start creating action! #motivationalmondays

20.01.2022 For many of us, it was our first Rotary District Conference. Yet, it already felt like it was the best one ever! Rotary is currently celebrating its 100 years in Australia! D9570 had put on a magnificent line up of speakers who were driven, motivating, and world leaders in their fields.... Rotaractors from across the district (Mackay, Bundaberg, and Gladstone) came together as one unified group to learn more about what Rotary has to offer and what we could do within our club to make a difference, not just in our local communities, but across the globe. We got what we wanted and more! And, of course, the Rotaractors took the best photos during the conference

20.01.2022 Yesterday, we've sent two of our Rotaractors to network with the Interact Club of Toolooa State High School. The Interactors got them involved with their project called "Paint the Town Purple" in support of the fight against Domestic Violence (DV). Let's make our community safer! Please speak up and let's not accept any form of DV. #NotNowNotEver #SpeakUp THANK YOU TSHS Interact - for warmly welcoming us!

11.01.2022 Photos from the Formal Dinner last night! We had Chloe from Roseberry Qld speak about the generous services that they offer to the youth of Gladstone. Kudos to everyone at Roseberry! If you’re a young person and are experiencing hardship, don’t hesitate to reach out to these awesome people. Come and join Gladstone Rotaract every 4th Thursday of the month for a networking and fellowship event like this

09.01.2022 A surprise was hiding during the Formal Dinner tonight! District Governor Adele Hughes came along to the Gladstone Rotaract Formal Dinner to award Chris Doring with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow award on behalf of D9570 for his contributions to Rotaract and RYLA in the past 4 years! Congratulations ChrisTroy Doring! This is the first for our club in a long while We also had a large group of PHF recipients in the night. Can you find the photo? We also had the opportun...ity to be inspired by Jack Smith who is a Gladstone Local Triathlete Legend, a podium winner. He taught us how to stay resilient when things get tougher and tougher! Gotta have that triathlete mindset! We also thank the Interact Club of Toolooa State Highschool for coming along in their school colour. Very driven young ladies who drives positive changes and serves as an inspiration in their school and in their community! And finally, to our guests, Rotarians, and fellow Rotaractors who came along an made this formal dinner a worthwhile experience, we very much appreciate your continued support Photos below from tonight!

09.01.2022 What better way to spend the rainy Australia Day long weekend than to have some camping fun at Blackdown Tablelands, QLD. But we’ll let our members know that they need a bigger Bunnings umbrella next time they go up! #socialnetworking #notsponsoredbyBunnings... Photo credits: Matahari Photography
