25.01.2022 GRAND FINAL VENUE FUND-RAISER winners: Carol Fricke, John Bindon and Ron Brooks. Each receive $32. We donated $500 to the FAMILY ACCESS NETWORK. They appreciated the money and said," the donation will enable us to support the vulnerable young people, young families and children." LOCAL PEOPLE HELPING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

22.01.2022 The University of Melbourne partnered with the Rotary Club of Ballarat South to organise professor Kim Mulholland to give a webinar on the COVID 19 vaccines-Australia and the World. This was an excellent update on how they work, effectness, risk, etc. Why don’t the professional and social media watch, listen, learn, from qualified people like him rather than spreading fear and nonsense. Well done Rotary for partnering with the University. It also gave an opportunity for the club President to say what amazing work we have done in combating Polio virus. Maybe after some lockdown restrictions are modified we will be able to open the Craft market next month at Blackburn. Fingers crossed.
