The Rotary Club of Kalgoorlie supports this area of focus by assisting KBULG at the Annual Tree Planting day. They also participate in propagating plants for the KBULG nursery.

15.01.2022 The Rotary club of Kalgoorlie had a very busy and exciting day yesterday. Earlier in the day members spent 4 hours under the skilful facilitation of member Brad Jackson working on our Strategic Plan. Friday evening 100 visitors arrived in Kalgoorlie-Boulder for the weekend to enjoy the inaugural Rotary Club of Crawley BlueSky Project. After a spending Saturday either exploring, playing golf or going on an excursion to Lake Ballard visitors joined local Rotarians and the Ma...yor John Bowler and Maryanne for a fellowship dinner. The dinner was used as an opportunity to raise funds for Australian Rotary Health, Lift the Lid on Mental Health. Attendees enjoyed a night of fun and fellowship During the evening John Bowler was bestowed with an Honorary Membership of the Rotary Club of Kalgoorlie Thank yous are extended to City News for their generous support of both events. Thank you Kevin N Tania Parkes for your ongoing support of our club John and Maryanne Bowler Rotarians from Crawley and other clubs in District 9455 and non Rotarians who came to our wonderful city to enjoy the Goldfields Experience Kalgoorlie Rotarians Veronica Chong President Rotary Club of Hannans AG Craig Hicks from the Rotary Club of Boulder Thank you to Esther and George Roadnight and Sharon Burgham for raffle prize donations. Thank you Sharon Burgham for being our photographer on the night. Below are some wonderful photos of the night. Thank you also to the city of Kalgoorlie-Boulder for their support to the team from Rotary Club of Crawley. Also for opening the Boulder Town Hall so the visitors could view the Goatcher Curtain and see the War Museum exhibits. Thank you to the Visitor centre for organising tram for Sunday’s excursions Kim at KBULG and all her wonderful helpers of organising. Cultural tour at Kargurla Park. The opportunity to enjoy fellowship with members of other a Rotary Clubs is always welcomed by the Rotary Cub of Kalgoorlie.
