19.01.2022 Today we gathered as a school community to reflect on the sacrifices made by generations of servicemen and women. Remembrance Day continues to be an important ...event on our school calendar, and although COVID restrictions impacted the scale of our event this year, we thank Mr Kschammer for organising a very special ceremony and ex-serviceman Mr Bill Hignett for speaking with our students today. We also thank Greta Matthias and Mr Ben Fuller for leading the singing of the Australian National Anthem, Ms Joan Baker and the concert band for another outstanding performance, and staff and students for their contributions. #lestweforget

04.01.2022 This morning the End Polio Ute finally left Gawler and headed south to Flagstaff Hill. Thanks to Rotarian Peter Harper (Gawler Light) who cared for the ute during the lockdown period.

02.01.2022 Kiva- Update from El Salvador This update on our loan to Rosa Aminta was written by Kiva's Field Partner. Rosa está agradecida con los prestamistas de Kiva ya que pudo comprar concentrado para alimentar a los cerdos. Tuvo resultados positivos porque sus cerdos están bien gordos y los ha vendido a buen precio. Su vida era más difícil pues anteriormente no tenía apoyo financiero por ser de escasos recursos económicos pero con este préstamo pudo salir adelante.
