23.01.2022 In response to the current environment along with a number of other Rotary groups we have taken the decision to cancel our weekly scheduled meetings indefinitely in lIght of the current situation. Our board will review this decision in a few weeks. During this time we encourage everyone to do what is needed to stay safe. but , also ask that you reach out to any family and friends, especially those who are elderly, who may require assistance and do what we can to help each other through this unprecedented time. Don't forget safety for yourself first , care for others when appropriate and safe. Rotary...still connects our world and community.

16.01.2022 Face Mask Project Werribee Rotary is supporting the community with a project to sew face masks for distribution to people in the Wyndham area. Through two generous donations, we were able to purchase some of the scarce supplies of fabric and elastic. Rotarians, partners and friends of Rotary have been involved in cutting and sewing up a storm. The first 70 masks have been delivered to Uniting Wyndham for distribution to their clients. Still a way to go to meet our aim of 500... masks and more sewers would be welcome. Despite the Covid19 lockdown we are still engaging with each other (keeping our distance at all times) and embracing the opportunity to help others through this difficult time.
