25.01.2022 It's another great day! Charlene was helped by HeadStart Homes to get out of Social Housing and into her OWN HOME! A homeless woman with 5 children was then able to move into Charlene's old place! During HeadStart Homes' early days, one of our Darlings, Angela Bradley helped them set up... See the video below. The Darlings get a little mention at the end.

17.01.2022 Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak and the new NSW Health restrictions in Sydney The Darlings have postponed this evening's Changeover event until a date when the restrictions are eased.

17.01.2022 Our first hybrid meeting... we had Bav join from the UK and one of our speakers joined online too!! We had the help of; our techie members, a cool webcam, a fancy mic. and a couple of laptops!! Voila!

15.01.2022 Virtual Trivia Success!! How much fun was that!?? It was great to see all the mini parties happening all over NSW! ... We raised over $2,500 (and still counting) which will go towards helping Harris Street Community centre and other Rotary projects. 04.01.2022 The Darlings are once again supporting the push by Rotary to eliminate Polio from the world. We have just made a donation to the 'Ride the train for polio' project. The aim is to visit every Sydney station in one day. We are halfway there.

03.01.2022 The Darlings have made a number of micro-finance loans through Kiva this evening to provide a "hand up" to women in need throughout the world, including to a number of refugees in support of World Refugee Day tomorrow. The countries that we have lent to today include: Albania, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Congo, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Malawi, Mexico, Moldova, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Togo, Uganda and United States.
