23.01.2022 Our Rotary club has been on the lookout for some local community projects and what better way to start with working on the Vinnies Van on a very cold and wet Tuesday night. Our team tonight provided soup, sandwiches, hot drinks and fruit to 8 clients in 2 locations.

19.01.2022 Our Rotarian's headed out for the evening to support the St Vinnies food van. Community service is alive and well with the assistance of Rotarian's Wayne Higgs, Philip Niejalke, Craig Mithchell and Rue Skoba.

11.01.2022 Once a month our club has decided to have a fellowship night and tonight we had a good old casserole night at Rotarians Nick and Di Butlers home. Thankyou for making us feel welcome. We are family.

10.01.2022 Volunteering is something our club members and partners love participating in and tonight a large group headed to St Vincent de Paul for an induction into how the Food Van works. We look forward to heading out onto the streets of Launceston and handing out soup and sandwiches to those in need and making new friends.

09.01.2022 Last night our club came together to celebrate our Change over dinner. President Harry Galea will once again preside over our club. We look forward to an exciting new year with a renewed focus on community, compassion and companionship for all.

06.01.2022 Another great zoom meeting. Our club presented a donation to Blazeaid. We enjoyed hearing from Debbie who presented us with some great information and statistics giving us all a greater understanding of what Blazeaid do and how our donation will assist the farmers in Victoria and NSW who have suffered throught the bushfires.

03.01.2022 Tonight I was very proud to receive a Paul Harris Fellow. Words do not seem enough to describe how I feel. Thankyou to President Harry Galea, Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow Merilyn Briggs for nominating me and Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow Terry Crawford for introducing me to Rotary.
