07.01.2022 Rotary meeting tonight! Can you tell I am smiling? One of the things I love the most about Rotary is that everyone who is part of it wants to do things to help ...other people. I haven't felt a part of something like that since I left the ADF. We all want to make a difference and do good in the world in Rotary. Our club, the Upper Northern Beaches has done a lot to support veterans and mental health. I am so lucky to be a part of it. It is pretty social too - come and join us! The Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted ...the kick off of centenary celebrations. A small number of guests at Government House were joined virtually by thousands of Rotarians around the country. The contribution of Rotary and its members to our community is immense. As the Governor-General said Rotarians live and breathe community.
