07.01.2022 We are super impressed by our lovely guests young and old who just stayed at the Rotating House - in the River swimming and Kayaking in Winter! In fact, all bookings this last month have had keen swimmers. The day time weather is beautiful but the water is chilly.. So We are super impressed with all of our guests this month taking on the river and having a blast! That's what makes the Rotating House at Longview farm a TOP holiday destination!

01.01.2022 Dear Friends, please be mindful when booking your next holiday to book directly with property owners where ever possible.. booking sites like Airbnb & Homeaway/Stayz hit up property owners up to 17%. I would love to know what they do for that 17%??? most property owners are more than happy to pay for a service like this but 17% is extorsion. I mean come on, are they paying our Rates, Electricity, cleaning fees, Mortgages, interest on mortgages, repairs & Maintenance, cleaners..., gas etc? the biggest losers here are the guests as these fees are raising the base rate of Australian holiday homes. And if that is not bad enough they are also taking this money directly offshore. So it is also negatively affecting the Australian economy. Book direct with property owners where ever possible and save money on your next holiday whilst helping to keep Aussie jobs See more
