You're not currently able to expose them to different environments and dogs, which are critical in ensuring they grow into a well-adjusted adult that relates well to other dogs and people. Luckily, Thursday 17th September is Puppy Day at Dog's Day Out! We already have several young puppies booked in for your pup to meet and learn behavioural cues from, while they're having fun playing in our agility yards, pool area (life jackets... provided) and experiencing bathing/drying or grooming in a positive way with our experienced staff. If you're in Melbourne and your home address falls more than 5km outside of our designated meet-up point, please contact us on 5283 1902 and we may be able to arrange a secondary meeting point for you within your radius. (Please ensure you are wearing a mask and practise social distancing upon handover). We don't want your dog to miss out on all the fun!

We’re taking a break from DDO for the holidays but want to thank everyone who jumped on board and supported us with our new day service in this crazy year. We have loved seeing the joy in Melbourne’s dogs in being able to receive socialisation, stimulation and a big pamper throughout lockdown and can’t wait to continue this in the new year. This package includes: - Pick up and delivery - Supervised group play - Lunch and rest time - Supervised group swim - Professional groom - Photos of the day As we fall outside the Melbourne Metropolitan region, we are able to continue to offer this service for your dogs throughout the current lockdown. You can now meet us at: - Cottage Kennels (248 Yan Yean Rd Plenty)... - Port Melbourne (Edwards Park, Esplanade East) - Point Cook (Saltwater Reserve) Correct socialisation is critical in ensuring your puppy grows into a well-adjusted adult that relates well to other dogs and people. We have a great group of young puppies (~4mo) booked in for your pup to meet and learn behavioural cues from, while they're having fun playing in our agility yards, pool area (life jackets provided) and experiencing bathing/drying in a positive way with our experienced staff. We can also organise their first groom, which is important to introduce them to at this early age. A first groom needs to be a positive, safe and stress-free experience to ensure they can be groomed successfully for the rest of their lives.
