21.01.2022 A message from Michelle Robinson, extending an invitation to all who would like to attend the memorial service for Sue Robinson. It is with great sadness and very heavy hearts that we announce Sue passed away last night. She was surrounded by her family with lots of love and support. Sue fought so bravely and courageously for so long and we are so proud of her. Sue’s memorial service will be held on Monday 22nd, at 12pm at Newhaven Eco Memorial Park at Stapylton, 21 Quinn Hill Rd. Tea & coffee is served after the service, followed by drinks at Windaroo Golf Club to those who wish.

19.01.2022 A beautiful message from Barry Robinson It has been a week since we lay to rest the love of my life, my sole mate, she put everything in protective. There is a massive hole in my life, but thanks to family and friends I am getting there. Thank you to all the people who attended the service in person or on line. I will catch up with at some stage. Thank you to Michelle Robinson, you have been my rock that has held me together. Sue was so proud of your growth since we first me...et. It was pouring with rain the day Margret and Kenneth gave their daughter to me to love and cherish. ( Susan had to wear gum boot to get into the Church at Lake Boracay Victoria) It was as though it was deemed, pouring with rain the day I handed her back to Kenneth to take her on the next phase of her storey. Rest In Peace my love. See more

19.01.2022 Really good win from the u14 boys on the weekend !! Chasing down 313 with 2 overs and 2 wickets to spare !! Well done to Aayan who set up the innings scoring 100* off 160odd. Then to finish off the boys went at 8 an over for the last 10 overs of the innings, Mark scoring 37, Matt scoring 27 before Zac come in and score 54* off 33. Great performance from all !!

18.01.2022 I was introduced to Ketones about mid May. Didn't really know what it was all about but was desperate to do something to become healthier. I now know it's not the amount of calories consumed, it is what food groups need to be high on my intake and those that shouldn't make an appearance. That good fats are ok and that carbs/sugar are my enemy. I have managed to lose 25 kilos so far and still have a way to go. I have more energy to carry out my work day and home life. Body c...ramps that I have endured throughout my life have become minimal. It's quite amazing about the cramps. They are something I've just lived with since I was a little girl. But they have been quite debilitating at night. Esther, I thank you for putting me on to this stuff...Love the fact that I'm losing weight also. I turn 60 in December and plan to lose another 20 kilos by then with the help of the ketosis lifestyle. - Leonie
