11.01.2022 So this weekend we had a camper go to a new destination an event that has been going on for 27 years. Our clients went last year and loved it so much they went again this year.. Of course you would never guess where they went much as I was puzzled when they told us where they were going but the City of Parkes NSW holds the Parkes Elvis festival each year and by all accounts it is a sight to behold. Its a huge event that has grown from what I understand was an idea of a small... group of locals to an international event. Our clients said that accommodation in Parkes was difficult last year but could secured camper sites easily but didn't have a camper so that where we came in.. People are in a hurry to vist the iconic destination and climb it before it is forbidden and closed to the public later this year Couple this with the amount of water flowing into Lake Eyre this year is the one. Regular customers and new ones have booked out all the school holidays but there has been a signifcant increase in interest before the school holiday rush and after..
