The Brendan Nash - Rovers Junior to Test Cricketer for the West Indies Brendan Nash was a brilliant left handed batsmen who had a career spanning across not only decades, but continents. he played his junior cricket for Rovers before moving to Brisbane. and still retains a close connection to the club.... He played first class cricket for Queensland, before moving to Jamaica and playing test cricket for the West Indies. He also had a period for Kent in the County Championship in the UK. He is a man with enough cricket stories worth more than any one lifetime! Brendan will be attending Rovers training on Thursday and Friday this week and holing a coaching session on Saturday before the Stage 3 Game to work with our junior players thanks to the Australian Cricketers' Association. Details on times will be made available during the week.
