22.01.2022 Do you think a World Scout Moot in Australia would be amazing!?! The National Rover Council, with a team of Rovers and Advisers, undertook a feasbility study to determine the possibility of holding the 2029 World Scout Moot in Australia! Since then, Scouts Australia have given us the green light to develop a formal bid to WOSM to host the World Scout Moot.... Getting the bid ready for its presentation to Scouts Australia in 12 months time is going to require some enthusiastic and passionate people - so we're looking for a WSM2029 Bid Team! Applications are open to ALL Scouting members, regardless of section or role. Applications close 15 December, so get in quick! 22.01.2022 Are you planning community projects or wishing to undertake Outdoor Adventure Skills training? Wanting some funding to kick-start your journey? Apply for a Rover Challenge Grant now! Rover Challenge Fund grants are available to groups of registered Rover Scouts who are planning community projects or wishing to undertake specific Outdoor Adventure Skills courses. For this round the NRC has $1000 to distribute amongst successful applicants. To apply check out https://rovers.scouts.com.au/resources/rover-challenge/. Applications close December 31st 2020.
