25.01.2022 Two delightful little girls have come into foster care today, a 5 month old Sharpei and a 2 month old red cattle puppy. The've been bathed and wormed and been to the vets for their preliminaries. The cattle dog puppy already has a meet and greet with a potential adopter organised for the weekend :-)

22.01.2022 Winter's on its way and here at the kennels we're kept busy with a steady stream of guests in and out. We have a good supply of washable bedding on hand, but welcome you to bring your pet's bed and/or blankets from home, so they have something nice and familiar to snuggle up in while they're dreaming of your return :-)

20.01.2022 Some boarders enjoying the (almost winter) sun.

17.01.2022 Want to know a really easy way to make a warm, comfy mattress for your outdoor pet? Just get a hessian bag (available at Grainland or the kennels) and fill it with old blankets, jumpers, towels, horse rugs etc. stitch the top closed (we use a bag needle and baling twine) and presto! they can't scatter the bedding everywhere. We use them for our own dogs - not suitable in the kennels because of the drying time after disinfecting between uses.

17.01.2022 Whether our clients are cooling off in them or drinking out of them, they make good use of the troughs and pools.

15.01.2022 Tom Tom and Tilly reunited - Tilly was adopted but is back to stay for a few days, they've been having a lovely time playing with a daschund puppy.

14.01.2022 We would like to thank everyone who boarded with us throughout the year, and now the Christmas and New Year rush has eased a little, we're ticking along here at the kennels, allowing us to spend more time rehoming abandoned and surrendered dogs. Naturally, our boarders have priority, but for those who don't already know, we always have a selection of Animal Welfare League AWL NSW - North West Branch Moree Plains dogs and puppies available for adoption. In 2014 we're proud to have rehomed 55 dogs and puppies - mostly from the local pound (thanks Tim and Jock). A big thank you to our wonderful adopters, without your help and support, we couldn't have given so many dogs a second chance at life!

14.01.2022 Buddy, the dorper lamb may not be our run of the mill boarder, but is settling in quite nicely for his two week stay, camping on the doormat at the back door or on our dogs beds, while his canine mates have to stay in the kennels :-)

13.01.2022 My little dog Jenny is such a good girl, she was having a lovely time with the little Animal Welfare League AWL NSW - North West Branch Moree Plains pups that are not hers. I think she's had plenty of her own before I got her.

12.01.2022 Mother and son - won't be long before son is as big as or bigger than mother, he's growing so fast.

12.01.2022 We're sorry to advise that we are no longer taking Christmas bookings as we're totally booked out.

12.01.2022 *** SADIE *** The gorgeous Sadie is ready to find her forever home!! She is a 2yr old Pomeranian x Chihuahua, who is friendly, sweet and playful. She weighs 3.5...kgs, and gets on well with my other little dogs. She adores humans and after a big day of socializing and playing likes nothing more than a lap to snuggle on. She is house trained and uses a doggie door. She has lovely manners and after some practice, is a good girl to walk on a leash. She is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated and is $280. If you are interested in finding out more about Sadie.....contact me ASAP......she is gonna be snapped up!!

11.01.2022 One of our three exercise yards.

10.01.2022 I'm not sure what this feeder is called, but it certainly makes Murphy work for his dinner, might have to invest in one, we have a couple of voracious regulars!
