25.01.2022 Renee worked very hard today helping me (Jill) to make swing tags and small gift tags for our store. They will be packaged into little bundles and sold in our store. They're beautiful! Thank you Renee!

14.01.2022 I am back being creative.. Working on my bling bag fab tabs going on tote bags and zip pouches.. I hand sewed these during my covid isolation time!!.. Love is in the details! Renee
14.01.2022 Renee put her sewing skills to work today as she hand-embroidered beautiful fabric pieces. Perhaps they will embellish a bag or a purse?! Renee also did some bookkeeping, and she did a great job too!

07.01.2022 Getting creative with Gift Cards! Today Renee and I used various techniques to decorate the INSIDE of gift cards using stamps and origami paper. I was teaching Renee something new; using torn paper for creative effect. "Jill, would you like me to get you some scissors?", asked Renee, with a concerned look on her face, as she watched me tear some paper. I giggled and replied that I was deliberately tearing the paper to be creative. Renee helped me tear paper, use the stamps and glue- with a few laughs in between. Well done Renee!

07.01.2022 Plastic Cap Mosaic. Renee and I began this exciting new project today! For weeks now Renee and other students have been collecting and sorting coloured bottle tops in preparation for our special mosaic. The finished design will adorn the front counter of our Envirobank section in our studio/basement. Appropriately, the design entails various coloured streams of water, with waves on the top. The message on the design will be: Respecting our Earth.

01.01.2022 LOVE HEARTS Oh, Michelle and I are in LOVE with Renee's new signature Love Heart designs! Renee drew the hearts herself as we aimed to create interesting patterns and pops of colour for her latest gift card range. I introduced her to Oil Pastels and I think you would agree, she has done a wonderful job! Renee is so keen to do more. Watch this space!
