25.01.2022 A big thanks to Dale, Trevor and crew from Mackay Kawasaki for the delivery of our new ATV for the Park. Also a very big thanks to the Gambling Grant for the funds to purchase it. The 3 boys in the photo are already out there putting it through its paces and out the back of the Park in 4wd mode. Its fitted with winch, 90 litre spray tank with pump and many other extras. Can seat 3 or 6 and has 1/2 or full tray depending on seating configuration.

25.01.2022 Today on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month we take a minutes silence, in memory of those who died or suffered in all wars and armed conflicts. Our heartfelt thank you to them on this Remembrance Day.

25.01.2022 Rowallan Park getting ready for reopening once we can. Beautiful day out here and Works Team got a lot of mowing done. Thanks Team for keeping it tidy over the last few interesting months.

25.01.2022 Good news to all campers, we are reopening Rowallan Park from tomorrow for camping only. Mountain bike tracks are still closed until MADMtBC can inspect and repair if needed. For more updates on mountain bike tracks please see MADMtBC Facebook page and website. Please abide by Governments stage 2 plans and regulations when using the facilities.

11.01.2022 Paul Eyles has been doing a brilliant job refurbishing all our park signs. He’s been coming out over the last couple of months after staying with Sugar City Pioneer caravan club. They used the Park for one of their monthly meetings. Thank you Paul for a superb job, they look unbelievable good.

10.01.2022 Todays project of filling the massive road wash outs from the last 4/5 months of weathering. Road widened and levelled. Nick Hazell and Robert Hodda working on 2 machines. Nick on the Kubota tractor with bucket and Bob on the refurbished Ford with front scraper. Brilliant job, thanks. Will start on the external road patching next week.

07.01.2022 Big shady tree on campsite 8 is almost gone. It split in half a few weeks ago and broken section was removed and now weve cut the other 1/2 down as it was rotten. Thanks to Neville Ross, Alan Bound, Ian Dawson, Ed Gorjup for all their hard work.

06.01.2022 A big weekend at the Park. Sugar City Pioneers caravan club utilising the parade ground. Camp Eagle having an evening event on Saturday and around 7 more visitors using the new van sites as well as campsites. Mountain bikers were also out enjoying the brilliant weather. Thanks everyone for supporting our wonderful Park and also Neville Ross and Brendan Ross for the photos.

06.01.2022 Update time. We are still not able to reopen the Park at present. Rowallan Park is not a National Park and we cant open under the new rules. Hopefully in the next few weeks the governments will relax the restrictions and we can start using the Park again. Thanks for your patience.
