Leonardo Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, redrawn digitally with the upcoming recreations of his drawing tools by Real-ink This was the final stage in perf...ecting the prototype tools so now I'd better get started on prepping the Kickstarter campaign. Wish me luck! I'll post some comparison shots and close ups later.
23.01.2022 Thank you all, with your help we’ve just unlocked the next Social Goal: a study of Gaetano Cellini’s marble sculpture ‘L'umanità contro il male’ or 'Humanity Ag...ainst Evil’ created with the Real-ink recreations of Da Vinci’s sanguine and white chalks on 16th Century Red-Washed Italian Paper This masterpiece of expression and human anatomy was one of Cellini's first works, created at the age of 35. Inscribed along the sculptures base is the couplet: "Thus I’ll extirpate using my teeth and nails, the eternal pain that stings my heart"

We've now passed the 500% funding mark of the Da Vinci brushes Kickstarter and unlocked the last Stretch Goal - an additional gold brushset of all the ...quill and ink brushes that I think will have some very cool creative applications As we still have over 70 hours to go I'll put together some additional bonus stretch goals for the campaign, possibly including the resources for creating your own DaVinci-style digital notebooks

11.01.2022 Finally finished! These skull studies are the final test of the upcoming Real-ink recreations of Leonardo daVinci's drawing tools for Photoshop and Procreate. ...Now it's almost time for external Beta testing to get feedback from other artists and art history specialists before final tweaks are made for the full public release, which will most likely be done via Kickstarter later this year. This whole journey has taken MUCH longer, and far more work, than I thought it would when I started down this path a few years ago - but I think some things are just worth doing right no matter how long they take.

01.01.2022 What an amazing world we live in, where I can sit in my comfortable studio and work with resources from around the globe that have more detail and clarity than I would get even sitting in the galleries themselves. I never would have imagined this being possible when I first started in art ... the digital age really is magic.
