16.01.2022 I’m a big fan of using garden herbs - so many of them are medicinal! Sage is lovely for a sore throat, as is thyme, mint - throw in some lemongrass greens or lemon verbena, lemon balm, a squeeze of lemon juice and a bit of raw honey, and there you have some soothing herbal medicine straight from your garden! What herbs do you grown in your garden? Perhaps they have medicinal uses too ...

07.01.2022 Looking for dairy free or vegan options? We’re making nachos tonight and this sour cream recipe is pretty fine! Even leaving out the garlic and onion powder to make a basic sour cream, it ticks all the boxes. Organic tofu is the best option if possible, as soy is a highly sprayed crop. There are so many options out there for those of us who can’t tolerate dairy, or choose not to consume it. More dairy free recipe links to follow!...
