09.01.2022 It has been a very busy year for Rowater, and the Rowater Team has grown. During 2019, we have 3 new members joining our team: Alister Hadlow, Mark Watherston and Anthony Ho. ... A little belated, we welcome Alister Hadlow, who joined us in February this year, as Water Treatment technician. Alister completed his Trade Certificate in Mechanical & Production Engineering and Tool Making in United Kingdom. In UK, he has over 13 years working experience in manufacturing, servicing and maintenance, and was responsible for the production of air bearings, gearboxes, gas and water flow meters. In his industrial experience, he acquired and applied Lean manufacturing principle, which he brought along and applied these principles at Rowater. He has an excellent skill in resolving complex technical issues and learning new skills. Also, we welcome Mark and Anthony, who has joined us in October this year. Mark joined us as a Business Development Manager. Mark has a trades background in mechanical engineering and pneumatics, and a long career in sales, marketing and business development. He also has qualifications in Business Development, Management and a licenced practitioner of Six Sigma Lean principles. In his career, he helped many clients by providing solutions to their automation challenges, and well known for his ability to get results. He is reputed to be perceptive and practical in trouble shooting. Anthony joined us as our Engineering Manager. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree, is a Charted Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Member of Institute of Engineer, Australia (MIEAust). Anthony Ho has 24 years experience in process design, commissioning and delivery of water treatment projects. As an experienced Process Engineer & Engineering Manager in the water and wastewater sector, he has worked on more than 30 projects has focused on the key water technologies of microfiltration/ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange, electro-deionisation (EDI), chemical dosing and precipitation, clarification and media filtration. Anthony is also well-versed in process design calculations, the use of RO design and antiscalant and ion exchange software. Apart from process and detailed design capabilities, Anthony has extended experience in the project management, site management including construction, start up and commissioning of the same technologies listed above.
